I can not believe the hell that I have been through with Norman himself. The man sends me a tow bill that I paid. Then he turns around and sends me a letter stating that they paid the bill and that we now need to pay him. Unbelievable that is all I can say. Then he tells me that I am going to be getting a rebuilt title and no I get a salvage title. He also told me that my car insurance would not go up and guess what it did. They also sent me and insurance bill, for a car that I can no longer legally drive? Are you kidding me??? I used to have only positive things to say about Norman. Now, I have nothing positive to say. I give them zero stars for expertise and for professionalism. Can I give negative stars???
