Each month, Dr. Rolnick offers a Wellness Workshop to her patients to help them better understand how their bodies work, how the subluxation occurs and what they can do to prevent further insults to their nervous system. She also discusses how they can get the most out of their Chiropractic experience, reminding them that what they put into their care will determine what they get out of their care.
