Horribly infested with bed bugs! First night my child and I were covered head to toe in bites. Informed management, who moved us to a different room and that room was just as bad! Cleaning staff does a bare minimum cleaning at best when they actually remember to stop by your room and you aren't trying to find them and one part of the two part management team is very impolite. No matter what you ask for you are met with a continual attitude. Additionally, ambulances and fire trucks made frequent stops here almost on a daily basis for guests. If you just simply need a roof over your head ok, but if you would like to have some level of comfort, you can do better. Much better.
