We bought a new Bosch dishwasher, and hired him to install it. The employee Mike did most of the work and made a total mess of the job. We have reverse osmosis and he knocked loose the compression fitting on it and put the connectors back together. The next night it broke and flooded the kitchen. Gerry the owner said he could not file a claim as it would raise his insurance. He finally agreed to file a claim , but with the plumbers help, they cooked up a story blaming our Son for doing all the damage under the sink. This was the most preposterous claim , as our Son touched nothing under the sink. I did not realize that the plumber and he are good friends and was betrayed by both of them. The insurance claim was denied of course, as there was no hearing or judge to hear our side. This was total debauchery, and this man and his employees are dishonest.

Do not hire them. PS, it cost us $1,000 to pay the plumber to fix the mess that he made, over $6,000 to repair the floor.
