Chris at Mercer Automotive was really helpful, professional, and prompt. I was driving up the hill Friday night and was pulled over for a burned out headlight. I had not realized it was out. I had noticed it seemed harder to see and was using my high beams more than usually. Since I was almost home he just said to get it replaced the next day. He was very kind. So I needed a new headlight bulb. Chris took the time and checked my other one too which was browning and about to go. He explained my options and offered to put in new high beam bulbs for no additional labor just the cost of the bulbs (which was very low). I learned that you wear gloves when putting in new bulbs because the oils from our hand can transfer and cause the bulbs to burst. He said he always wears gloves to out in bulbs.
