After reading reviews on Captain's Anchorage I was looking forward to my meal. I ordered prime rib as well as king crab legs. When they came to the table I was excited. The prime rib was good but not for the price. The crab legs were dry. The tortellini was mushy and lacking flavor. Vegetables were not fresh. I was disappointed.
Our server was friendly and prompt. she treated us like old friends even tho its was our first visit. decent wine list, nice atmosphere and in a great location. prices were fare.
she had the prime rib and loved it. he had the porterhouse chop. and was a little disappointed by its presentation (2 thin chops), over cook and under seasoned! we liked the salad and soup bar. If we visit again, it'll be for the service and salad bar.
