The woman at the counter was extremely rude and doubted that I just purchased my items 10 minutes before. She bagged up 2 $10 ornaments and a $35 pine tree item. I spent $59. My husband took a squishy ornamentation of the wrapping to hand to my son and showed me that the top of the ornament was flapping. I ran in for a quick exchange and she mentioned that she "ALWAYS TAKES OFF THE TAGS". She asked if the other also had the tag and I walked outside and grabbed it and walked right in and showed her that she didn't take off the tag either. If I was going to steal a $10 squishy donut ornament, I wouldn't have brought it back for an exchange. I got cute pine trees as a memory of Big Bear and its extremely flimsy and the battery spot is hanging out of the stand. I sure hope this isn't a constant reminder of the terrible customer service.
