Founded in 1994, Big Lake High School provides a variety of educational and cocurricular programs to more than 900 students in grades nine through 12. Located in Big Lake, Minn., the school offers various programs, including English, arts, music, science, social studies, mathematics and physical education. Affiliated with the Big Lake School District 727, it provides more than 100 courses, such as speech, business, foreign languages, and family and consumer science. Big Lake High School additionally offers band, choir, computer technology, special and technology education, media studies, and health education programs. The school provides three fully equipped computer laboratories and offers data, voice, and video network throughout the school building.
