They sold me what I specifically went in there saying that I didn't want. I realized it after I had gotten home and opened the package. I couldn't believe it. I drove back and returned the item within the hour, and they actually gave ME grief about the return!

They guaranteed me they would have my part the following day if I hurried in and paid before 10 a m, so I did.

Following day, no one could find it. 3 days later, still don't have what I paid for. Manager was a jerk about the entire process and shrugged it off as not his problem. I will NEVER use Napa again!

I had battery issues. Went to this napa since it was closer. I asked the clerk for a pair of wire cutters with my terminal battery. Said it was 17.99 ok rang me up, looked down and I had cable cutters. I told him I need a wire stripper in which he said could be used to strip wires. I needed to ge to town prior to being dark to get a second terminal since they only had 1 on there "3" listed in the computer. Getting to my dad's house he looked at the package we had and said this wouldn't work. So heading back to town a couple days later when we had time... we went to return the unused still in the package item he duped me into buying. Tells me no tools can be returned... it's on the recipt. So not just his rudeness but also the careless and very unhelpful information that was given the day of and also returning experiance. I would recommend taking yourself to a place that's not a franchise such as the Napa on big pine. Go to homedepot. Better selection and more helpful. Will never ever shop with napa.
