Very uncaring staff!! Why bother working in this field if you are that dang miserable? And not only one person, so it goes to say "Misery Loves Company"! However, why should we the patrons, already in pain, need to deal with them also? Spectrum Hospital, they are making you look bad & even worse, keeping patients who would out of convenience stay within your Hospital to complete all needs, do leave because of such ugly, uncaring individuals.

I needed a wrist brace that immobilized my thumb. I went in on Tuesday and they said they had to get one from another location, now they say it "might" be in next Monday! Meanwhile further damage is being done to my thumbs muscles and nerves while I am waiting for a simple brace. This is RIDICULOUS!!

Also, the office staff is very snooty. Acting like they are so bored and why am I making them do their jobs. Really?? I have been here before for various reasons and they are always like this. To the point of being rude!
