Had previous positive experience with Harry's when Dad was alive.
Now, its difficult to get through on the phone. Been working with the guy who returns phone calls for several weeks figuring out details of a tower, antenna with rotor installation without any conflict or debate. We finalized details, he took it to the boss to finalize pricing, and the boss decided not to quote the business. I was informed by a phone message with no explanation as to why. Called to find out and no return calls.
I wouldn't waste your time with this company.
