Ill keep this review simple. Over-priced, under-maintained, dirty, loud, and dont plan on ever getting that security deposit back even if you had Martha Stewart clean in before you leave. Would recommend to my worst enemy.

They never plow the parking lot until randomly one dat they do and you are left stranded for over an hour while they take their sweet time plowing it. Also, the online tanning reservations haven't worked in months and they don't care to fix it anytime soon. Finally, during the winter my room is so cold and our heating bill goes through the roof because of the lack of insulation. But if you like to party, come here, it's always loud!

Awful to live here if you need to be able to sleep. Ceilings and floors don't deflect noise at all. Very noisy, you can hear every sound from surrounding apartments. Staff seems nice but don't really care about enforcing any rules. Great for people only interested in partying.

I really enjoy living here. A little pricy, but it's the nicest "true" apartment complex in Big Rapids. With the clubhouse and your private suite, it has to be the most amenity-rich off-campus living available. Very friendly staff (though they will get on you if you act like a dumb ***); we've only had a few maintenance requests but they were taken care of promptly. Two minute drive to campus, one minute drive to the liquor store, and it's outside of the city limits so Ferris/Big Rapids police aren't an issue.

Awful! The walls are paper thin. Then never plow the parking lot. When they do they will push it up against your car. There is garbage everywhere. They never open the gym early like they say they will. Very over priced.
