DANINE was great to deal with and Allan made me a great price. But that is where the good ends, I was told 4-6 week delivery on my special order usually closer to 4 weeks then 8 weeks later they finally get here and I make arrangements for a 5:00 PM delivery. Then 3:30 on that day I get a call saying they are ready to bring them out, really. So we get to the house at 5 and the guys say well nobody said it was a motorhome and they had to work hard to get the couch out but finally did. At the time of purchase I asked Allan if they would be able to take the couch to my shop and he said yes as long as it was in town no mention of charge well the guys screwed up because I was going to give them $20.00 each just because it was hard to get the couch out, but when we got to the shop one of them said well there is a charge to take the couch somewhere besides back to their shop, (really). Needless to say they did not get the $20.00. So to sum it up the chairs are lazy-boy and are great but there is lots to be desired after purchase.
