This place cares more about the concerns of the VA than the concerns of patients. They cant do much in Big Springs and are always wanting to send vets all the way to Albuquerque for tests that could be performed locally. The patient advocate just spews VA rules and doesn't want to hear the veterans concerns. I am not talking about the medical people but the Administrative people. This place is nothing but a government jobs program and should be closed down and care contracted out to local medical facilities.
