Provided by YP.comATTENTION: IF YOU HAVE TIME TO WASTE AND MONEY TO THROW AWAY THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!!!!!!!!!! This place was AWFUL I spent over $7000 on my truck and guess what the problem wasn't fixed not only did I spend money but I was stranded in a hotel for like 7 days .They replaced almost everything under the hood replace 3 batteries and hoses that didn't need changing..They charged me for my a/c being out which worked perfectly well before I took my truck in there..These people are a bunch of bootleg mechanics and I suppose they got their licenses from the bottom of a cracker jack box.. I went to this shop before I read these reveiws I am not from that town so please if you are in BIG SPRINGS, TEXAS PLEASE RUN FAR AWAY FROM THESE GUYS so many things they did I am afraid you will be here all day reading my review I would have given them no star but I had to select something..ONE THING THEY DID DO RIGHT WAS CHEAT ME OUT OF MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Provided by YP.comthis place is the most unprofessional group of business people i've ever encountered. they are strictly rip off mechanics. the owner is so inconsiderate that he hung up after having my truck for 6 weeks. they charged me $3000. replaced every part under the hood including 4 new batteries which were fine. i drove 250 miles and had to be towed to another shop which fixed my truck immediately. the owner was so inconsiderate he wouldn't help me with none of my tows or repairs said it was running when i left thats all he cares about. if your in this city please run away from these people. they only care about taking your money and cares less about the customer

Provided by YP.comThis shop welded a part on my pneumatic blower mounted on the frame of my truck. They did not take proper precautions before welding and they ruined the computer in my truck. They denied responsibility, and although my truck drove into their shop just fine, they claimed it was simply a coincidence that the computer died while there in their bay and their welding did not cause the damage. In an attempt to make thing right, the owner offered to charge me his cost for a new computer and repair my truck with no charge for his labor. It turned out that he had a third party come to his shop and perform the repairs. So, he charged me for the third party labor and not his own, because he did not do the work. So, his offer to do the repairs at his cost ended up costing me $2700, for his shop's error.
I will not use this shop again, and I do not recommend this shop to anyone.
