This Buisness has been serving the citizens of Wise, Lee, Scott county for over 70 years. Everytime I've had a loss in my family this is the firm we have chosen. Wonderful, Caring, EXPERIENCED, staff always make things a little easier.

I've tried everything I know to find an obit for a lady whose funeral was held by Holding Funeral Home in Big Stone Gap, VA. I have had no success.. there is no way I could find to obtain this information.



I left my phone number at the facility for them to please give me a call and advise how this can be done.

Holding Funeral home has the most wonderful, caring staff and they make the most difficult time of your life less stressful. Blake is awesome and the time he let us spend with Mother alone was so wonderful that we can never say "Thank you" enough. My family has been using Holding Funeral Home since I was a little girl and we have always been treated with the greatest respect and have always been very pleased with their services. Thanks again for not only helping us through these difficult times, but also for letting us use the funeral home as a home base when we traveled in from NC for Mother's funeral. We appreciate all you have done for the Kilgore, Clifton, and Ward Family.
