unlike the first company assigned by Lowes to repair my fridge, these guys were prompt and informative and told me how to prepare my fridge for their visit and get it fixed in record time. call 'mack' at the office and give him your symptoms.

If there is an award for the worst customer service I’m sure this company has won it. Absolutely impossible to get in contact with. Manufacturer has me dealing with this joke of a shop since they’re an authorized repair shop. If their ability to return a phone call is a sign of their ability to repair my appliance I’m better off tossing it off the nearest bridge. See for yourself. Just try calling the number but good luck getting a call back. Recommend finding a repair shop that knows how to redial their phone.
