You absolutely NEED to have your Access Bars run by Kristi. It is a definite must.

In this process, Kristi triggers certain areas of your life that come to her as problems in you carry. She helps sort through all of the clutter and craziness in your brain, and it helps you to overcome the things you are overwhelmed by.

If you were to read from Kristi's pamphlet or her website about her definition of Access Bars, it fits the process to the T. Not only that, but it is a little more than just everything she says.

I have never felt so refreshed and renewed in my life. It was an experience of a lifetime.

Hello, I am Kristi's Office Assistant.First off, I would like to say how amazing of a person Kristi is aside from her work. But next off, I would like to share my experience with you.A few weeks ago on a Friday afternoon, Kristi had a cancelation and we had nothing to do. So Kristi decided to run my Access Bars. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! It is everything she said it would be and more. The pamphlet gives you an idea, but really... YOU have NO idea. It is a series of events that Kristi thoroughly explains to you throughout the session. It is effective, relaxing, it brings you clarity and leaves you feeling as if you are invincible. Kristi helps you sort through all of your big problems as well as the small ones. She targets each conflict individually. You are able to express all of your feelings without feeling any shame or guilt. It allows you to literally let go of everything weighing you down. It is such an energizing, free feeling once you are done. You leave the office feeling more focused, and very aware of the things you didn't see going on in your life before. This experience is one I will never forget, and something I would love to try again. Folks, come see Kristi for all of the awesome Energy work she offers. It is well worth it, and something you won't regret.

I recently went through some live changing events with the loss of a job, among other things, so I had a lot going on in my head. I had Kristi run my bars through the Access Bars Process she offers at Affinity. I felt like this really helped clear the clutter and stress in my head. I felt rejuvenated after having this done. It felt so good to have my head "cleared" of all the negative thoughts I was having.. .I would highly recommend Affinity for Healing, it is a very safe, peaceful and clean environment.

I have been seeing Kristi going on six (6) years now for massage and reflexology. During this time she has never cancelled my appointment and has been on time for my sessions.Prior to seeing Kristi, I had visited several "professional" for a massage. It did not take long for me to move on and try others as these individuals did not have their heart in their work and it was just business as usual.What makes Kristi stand apart from the rest is that she does care and you can feel it during a session rather than just having someone going through the motions and faking it.....She is well educated in her field, knows what she is doing and cares!

I have been seeing Kritsti for several years now due to an accident. She is a very kind, caring person and so compassionate about helping people. She has been a godsend to me. Although the pain I have from the accident is chronic, Kristi has helped me in so many ways. I highly recommend Kristi to anyone. Thank you Kristi for allowing me to live life again!

When I was younger, I had surgery for a club foot. While I did end up with a straighter foot/ankle, I also ended up with daily pain. Most days were okay but there were days when I had difficulty even putting the tiniest bit of pressure on my foot and would have considerable swelling. I started seeing Kristi regularly for Ion Cleanses and Reflexology. The incredible result is still hard to believe, the swelling went away and I was able to be as active as I wanted to be without the fear of pain. Thank you Kristi, You gave me back my life.
