AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!



I came in to the Autozone at the Billings Heights location to have my battery checked. I purchased the battery with the intent on replacing myself. After I bought the battery I went to leave and my battery had died. I asked an employee, Nate G, that was taking a break outside for a jump start. Instead he cut his break short (with a friendly attitude) and he asked me if I wanted him to just replace the battery free of charge. Of course I said yes! Not only that but he was able to take my bad battery off my hands and pay me cash for it on the spot. That was an instant rebate on the battery not to mention the time and effort of changing my own battery in the winter! I will recommend this place to all of my friends.

Very accommodating, helpful, and friendly.

There is no physical mail box established to receive mail and the manager has not been wise enough to acquire a post office box.

Good business or? What am I missing here?
