I dropped my dog off for boarding. She was to be there for 7 days total. I requested a Condo room for her so she would feel at home. My dog was taken immediately from me and ripped away from my side without my even being able to say goodbye to her. They even took her collar off and leash. I had toys in the car for her, but wasn't even given a chance to give them to her. I called several times during my trip to check on my dog, and no one answered the phone. I hoped she was ok. I got back to town a day early and paid an outrages amount. Almost 300 dollars and wasn't even sure if she actually received the services I had requested. I paid in cash, and they brought my dog out with some cheap leash on. I got her home, and she immediately drank a whole bowl of water and ate a can and a half of food. This after they told me she had just ate. Her coat was matted and she looked very tired ! Nothing is verified. You just pay some outrageous amount and get your dog. NEVER AGAIN !!!

Awesome staff, awesome facility...did I mention that they are awesome?
