We took an iphone in was told it needed a charger port. So we had that and a new battery put in. It still didnt work. So he said he would try running a different program, told my daughter to come back later. She got there at 3:40, they say open till 4. But he was gone. I went to pickup the phone on Friday said it was working, NOT WORKING. Said he would do refund, but the owner was the only person who could do it. Told me the owner would be in around 10:30 - 11:00. I got delayed and came at 12:30, owner was gone didn't do the refund. So I went to eat. My daughter called and asked if she got a refund would he put her old parts back in, he says no threw them away. So she tells him to not worry about refund just run the program one more time, if it didnt work she would just take the phone. I went back 2hrs later he hasn't run the program. I told him I needed the phone that day so we could take it to Bozmen on Sunday to the Apple store. Said he would call me when it was done. NO CALL. I went back at 3:55 says they close at 4. He was gone already, and I don't have a phone. What a jerk.
