Jeff came out to give me a quote for a new furnace and some other duct work. He was very professional. He answered all of my questions about the differences between furnaces, efficiency and how they impact the comfort of the home. He also asked how I would be using the space and made other recommendations based on air quality. He provided a list of tax credits available on which furnaces. They also made sure I have the correct documentation to take advantage of these credits when I prepare my taxes. Thank YOU!!! I would definitely recommend them.

I have to say i was very pleased with the service that i received from Comfort Heating. My Air Conditioning unit had broke down and need a new compressor. I was not sure if I wanted to fix or replace the unit as I am looking to sell my home soon. I called and the gentleman came out the next day and I had a bid in the mail by the following day for three different options. I called around to get two other bids. One company came to my house and spent two hours telling me why I needed to spend $7700 on a new system! No other suggestions or repair options just total replacement. The other company came out the next day but it took almost ten days before i got their estimate and their repair estimate was as high as a replacement estimate that Comfort gave me.Their repairman came out fixed the unit when they said he would and all for the price quoted (even when they had sent him the wrong part and he had to go back to get the right one). Would recommend them to anyone based on my experience

I wanted central air in my home and already had an existing furnace that was fully functioning. I purchased and paid for a rheem furnace and central air system. I bought the more expensive one for $400 to have more fuel efficiency. This last weekend when the temperatures dipped into the -20 area my furnace would not keep up. On Saturday the temperature in my home was 57 degrees. On Sunday the temperature warmed up a little bit and the temperature in my home was 62 degrees. This is not the first time this has happened with my furnace! I have not called everytime! When it gets extremely cold it happens. I made sure I had all of my maintenances done this year to prevent it from happening again. They were just out on November 1. All of the service technicians but one has been nice to me. One was rude and treated me like a child in 2008. My feelings were hurt. I guess I didn't understand how often filters were suppose to be changed when I first got it installed. The reason I am frustrated is because when I called I tried to explain my situation. I did my maintenance. I didn't know they had someone on call all weekend. The secretary tried to be helpful. But when I talked to Jeff. I am really disappointed. They could have tried to use some compassion instead of twice going into detail about WHAT I was doing wrong. I was anxious, upset with the situation and maybe didn't really know how I was coming across. I felt like he was rude and was trying to show me what I was doing wrong so that my furnace would not work like pointing out to me that in 2008 I didn't change my filter. I didn't hear what they said when they installed it or maybe they didn't tell me. I don't know. I don't feel like they were listening to me. I was so frustrated that I hung up on them twice. When I called back today the secretary said we don't understand what you are saying and I explained again that my heater wasn't heating up. So I got the I am not going to argue with you, do you want us to send out a service technician? What do you want us to do? I just got done paying them to maintain my furnace and now I am going to have to pay a service technician. Why don't they make sure everything is functioning when it is maintained instead of us having to pay extra money to do that?? I don't mind paying if I didn't just have them out. Anyway I am sorry if I was frustrated and I explained to the secretary I was not mad at her or anyone there, I was angry with my furnace not working. As I said, this is not the first time since I purchased it. I just ask as a customer that I am shown more compassion rather than being treated rudely and accused of arguing. Please try to understand where I am coming from. I am a very nice compassionate person who would give you the shirt off of my back and help you with whatever you needed. There have been a couple of service techs come out and have been absolutely fabulous and given me fantastic service. I am sorry if I did anything to hurt anyone there or come across wrong in a very hard time for me with the bad weather. I apologize for my part. God bless!

My the bearings in my blower moter went bad ($261 for motor). The sent a tech who then told me that the blower whell also needed to be replaced ($133.50). After replacing them he said the electrical board, which was working fine when he had first arrived was bad.When I argued with him that he had to have rewired wrong or short-circuited the board himself, he said 'Do you want a heater or not?' After putting in a new board ($236.54) he did the same thing to the new board. He asked me to sing a blank work order and stupidly, I did. The next tech who came out rewired the board in minutes. There was never anything wrong with the wheel or the board and a half hour of labor turned in to two. What should have cost me $376 cost me $751.04. Don't ever sign a blank work order.

Thumbs up to these guys! We have had both an airconditioning unit and furnace installed by this co. and just cant say enough good stuff about them! Professional, efficient, timely, affordable with good financing options. Also, they did not try to get us to buy more than we needed, yet gave us some good suggestions.

Jeff was very knowledgable and complete in helping us in our situation. We recently purchased a new home and as soon as it got cold enough to turn the furnace on....of course it didn't work the way it should. We had a couple of heating companies come out and take a look. All of them were pretty close in price, but Jeff was able to answer the most questions and even had some options with financing if we needed it. They had the job completed in timely matter so my family and I could feel warm again and they were very proffessional during the whole process. I would definatley use them again if I needed to. Thanks guys!

We needed them to come in and check our furnace and to provide a statement saying that as of this time, our furnace is operational. We are selling our home and need this for closing. The worker was very nice and did his job quickly. I would recommend this company.

Our service technician, Dan, was very impressive. Completely professional, courteous and efficient. He made sure that our home was comfortable while he obtained the parts needed for our 16-year old furnace. After numerous phone calls to other similar services in the Billings area, Comfort Heating was the only one that would respond within 24 hours. I will definitely contact them again!

Comfort Heating does the maintenance on The Copper Colander building every Fall and Spring. We have only had a few problems with the system and each time they have problem-solved and fixed the issue in a timely and professional manner. I wasn't sure how to re-program the thermostat recently and the Office Manager talked me through the process. Thank you - keep of the good work!

I would have went with Comfort Heating but Jeff (quoted me) was very egotistical and acted like he knew everything about nothing. They were the cheapest price, but with that the furnace they quoted me was a name I have never heard of and his attitude was terrible. What happened to honest people and services.

I had this company come over to my home 3 times also. They never got the problem repaired and tracked dirt throughout my home. I also know Tom the dad and agree he is great trust me the boys are nothing like him.

I have had this company do work for me three times and have been very happy each time. They are fast, efficient and affordable. I knew Tom the original owner and he had incredible integrity. I highly recommend this company operated by his sons.
