We got into the hotel later in the evening and when we turned down the bed found there was urine on the mattress and it had been made up that way. We asked for a new room but the hotel was full. We had no where to go on a stormy night so we got new bedding from the front desk and turned the mattress over and upside down. We attempted to sleep on top of the mattress with the new bedding and really slept very little because of the situation. The next morning when we complained to the owner he said that we slept in the room so it was like eating a pizza and complaining afterward. We were not looking for a free room but we felt we were due some compensation for the terrible nights sleep. The one thing we want in a hotel is cleanliness and this hotel was definitely not clean! Stay away from the Days Inn Billings MT.
