Terrible customer service, and I had a bad experience with the service department. The whole vehicle buying process from start to finish was slow and painful, the least friendly dealership I have ever bought from. If they didn't have such a seemingly hard to find truck I would have walked out very shortly after getting on the lot. Their slogan on my license plate frame says, "We want you to be our customer for life.", that couldn't be farther from the truth. I felt as soon as I signed the paperwork that their already bad customer service became even worse. I feel because they know that I will not have the vehicle serviced there, I live in Bozeman, that they made zero attempt to even pretend to care after I bought the truck. I will never buy from them again, and would seriously have to think hard about even buying another Nissan.
