I was having severe stomach pains sand i couldn't take it anymore so I went to the ER. The nurses were helpful with exception of them training a phlebotomist on my arm. She stabbed me about 6 times. Then the doctor arrived, never looked at me, basically called me a drug addict even though I have never been to their ER before. I think it was Dr. Colby. Nothing was figured out, they just sent me on my way saying i would be fine in a few days or so. Come to find out I have Ulcerative Colitis. The real shocker was seven months later when I receive a physician bill for over $300 on top of the $3,000 ER bill. Why should I pay the Physician bill when he basically came into the room insulted me and left. He might have been in the room for 2 minutes. The funny thing is I overheard him talking to the patient in the next room and he did the same thing to him. I wonder when these doctors will actually start doing their job. They get paid well enough.
