Founder & Owner - Forestry, Fuels and Fire, LLC Forrest grew up in the logging camps of Southeast Alaska and the Tongas National Forest. His father has worked as a Forester for 32 years, so he was steeped in the science and education of forest management and the outdoors his entire life. After moving to interior Alaska and graduating High School, Forrest went straight from classroom to wilderness classroom at the Alaska Wildland Fire Academy.
