I always order from them for delivery. Always fast to get here, Fresh, hot, and yummy!

The food on the buffet is replaced quickly, something I've seen rarely at other buffet restaurants. You can choose from a menu, if buffet is not your thing. We eat in every few months, and order take out a few times a month from them. The wait staff is prompt, and always there to refill your drink--given several dishes are quite hot, that is always important to me. The quality of the food is excellent, and if you order an item you can request how spicy you would like it. I find it to be great quality for the price. I would recommend coming here. Great service, great food, can't ask for more!

Had my first meal in Billings here. The food was perfect with plenty of unique options. Whenever I visit the area I will return.

My wife and I have dined at this restaurant since it opened. We've been here for afternoon and evening meals more than 200 times. In that time we may have come across 3 or 4 situations that needed correction and they were taken care of immediately. I would recommend the Golden Phoenix West to everyone! Soups are hot & tasty, Vegetables crisp, Fried Food correctly done, Sauces good! It's worth the trip!

I have enjoyed the buffet for many years, tried the delivery and was overcharged compared to recent menu sent out. Than when we got the wrong item in our order, Tina the manager was RUDE. She told me eat what I got... if I didnt like it dont come back. WOW!! So I will take her suggestion and suggest others try else where too.

I have had good and bad experiences! They are great with take out/delivery. They are very fast with their delivery and my food as always been correct and hot still!! The only thing I would recommend for eating in is faster more friendly wait staff and to make sure the buffet is always fresh. Its is hit and miss sometimes when it comes to the service and the shape the buffet is in.

I have there buffet... it only have limit item to choose from... food taste horrible not fresh and warm ..... waitress is mean and ignored people until they have the check ready for us to check out.... please dont go there at all

The service was terrible. They were rude and did not check on us or any other tables around us until the bill came and it was time to pay. (It wasn't even that busy). The food was okay but extremely pricey and not worth the money. I would not recommend this chinese restaurant. You are better off getting something at subway.
