We bought a Durango from these people during their Used Vehicle Blowout and it was the most painful experience I've ever had in buying a vehicle. My husband sent me in to get a price on this Durango we'd seen listed online. They refused to even tell me, instead I got held there for hours while they tried to sell it to me. Even after I told them repeatedly that I can't make that decision without my husband. Take it home they tell me, why he can't test drive it because he works all day on the weekends! Which I explained NUMEROUS times. Finally get out after reassuring them that I'd come back on Sunday to take it home for hubby to drive. And again that took at least an hour to even do this overnight test drive paperwork. Monday my hubby says he likes it (I do not, it is the sissiest Durango I've seen). So I take off from work to fill out the paperwork. And sat there for 3-1/2 to 4hrs, I was there until closing time!!!! All together it took 8hrs to get this thing. We're all Mopar but I'll be going elsewhere for my next. My time is important too!!!
