I was one of Montana Sprinkler Services first customers in the early 1980’s. They were excellent then and after maintaining, expanding, modifying, and upgrading my sprinkler system for more than 30 years they continued to be excellent. They know sprinkler products, including electronic controllers, how to install them and repair them, and how to design systems that make the best use of the latest products. Fair prices. Hard workers. Nice people.

We called MT sprinkler the middle my May stating we needed new timers and heads for our irrigation system. They scheduled us 3 weeks out for install of new timers and heads. Joe came out on the scheduled day and showed up with no new timers and no new heads. He was at our house for 15 minutes and told us we needed new timers and heads, something we already knew and were expecting to be installed that same day. He then left and told us he would call with pricing. He never called so we called again and spoke with an older women who runs the front desk, she quoted us between $300-$400 for what we needed. We then scheduled another appt another 4 weeks out for install. The time finally comes for install at the end of June. 6 weeks after the initial appointment. The install went fine, but we then received a bill for over DOUBLE what we were quoted, and after a few weeks we realized the heads and lines were now actually Leaking. Nothing but problems with this company. Highly DO NOT recommend.

We have been using Montana Sprinkler Service since the mid 90s. We have never had a thing to complain about. Their billing is simple and the cost is very fair. Our lawn was a catastrophe before we started using this local Billings company. We have had a beautiful lawn ever since. We would certainly recommend their service.

I am sorry, normally I just sit quiet, but in response to K Properties review below I just can't stand it! It is so full of holes I can't believe it isn't something just made up! My husband and I own this business and have for over 35 years. We have quality employees that are standouts in our field of business. They are courteous, competent, well trained, and compassionate. We serve over 3000 customers a year and I know "you can't please everyone", but I pulled all the records I could find from "k"s" alleged 18th appointment, following up with a 22nd appointment, and a blowout the next month?? I can find NOTHING. And I swear I have never in my life charged anyone for a "copy of an invoice" NEVER! Are they saying they turned the system on in August or September then blew it out in a month? There must have been a lot wrong with the system to wait all summer to run it? Just speculation on my part. We try and work with everyone we can in all aspects of our business. It sounds to me like the $4.12 was a service charge for not paying a bill? I welcome ":K" to call the office and let me research the problems that they feel that they have had and I will do everything in my power to correct as many issues as possible. I regret their discontent, and as a business owner no one ever is pleased with negativeness, so if this isn't a hoax then please give us a call!

The guys that came over were bossy and rude. Lady in the office could use some manors as well. Will never use again.... So many others to use that are friendly.

They came to turn on my sprinklers on the 18th. Was concerned about a dry spot and a mold smell, so I called and spoke with a woman to see "if checking all the sprinkler heads was part of there service". The lady on the phone was instantly defenses with no direct answers. Answer should have been easy yes we check them all or no we don't. So she said she would send someone out. Back again on the 22nd. Only 4 days later; which was to double check there own work. Had them come shut the sprinklers down next month on the 16th. Got my final bill & they charged me for the return visit. Called assuming I got the same lady on the phone because she had no professionalism @ all on the phone. Rude & unwilling to listen or help, was just defensive and adamant I was responsible for all three visits not to mention she charged me $4.12 for sending another copy of the bill. I asked her again do you check all points when turning sprinklers on? Isn't that standard? Or do you just leave them broken or buried under ground ; perhaps leaking...Next time be a little more confident with your answers or a least be accountable for not offering the service. I have rarely had someone talk over the top of me and for this I will not use this family ran business and will educate others on their service.

Extremely helpful and very nice on the phone

We found MT Sprinklers to be very professional and helpful. We had a sprinkler system put in our new home the fall of 2013 and they explained everything to us. They even planned ahead, adding drip lines to flower beds, we would later establish. We also use their fertilization services and have had great results...no weeds and our lawn is the greenest one on the block! We will definitely continue to use this business.

These guys were knowledgable, professional, and had fixed a problem that another sprinkler company could not fix - in 20 minutes. Upstanding company to work with, even went the extra mile and serviced my sprinklers without asking. Would recommend. They also were very prompt on getting to my house in the middle of summer.

First the company's worker never showed up when they said they would if they showed up at all. All of the work they did, I have had to have replaced, the damage to the system was caused by this company, I had two pipes that needed some work, after this company finished two pipes, three vaules, and other parts and pieces needed to be replace, I will never allow the company on my property again. So beware

This company has serviced my sprinkler system for years and have always been accommodating, professional and responsive to emergencies.

Was delivering to a store in the area and the plow driver had asked me very rudely to move because "he was there first". No please no nice at all. I reluntantly started to move and commented that "I am only doing this because you asked me so nicely". His response was a bunch of colorful metaphores. I then refused to move and he plowed snow behind my lift. If this is an example of employees or maybe even the owner I would have nothing to do with this company.
