I took my mix breed girl to them last year and wasn't pleased in the least. when I made the appt I told the girl that the dog is a maltese/terrier mix. When I got there the tech informed me that she is too big to be a maltese. She has to be westie mix. After some "discussion" she agreed tht she would charge the terrier size price. When I got the dog back she had razor burn on the inside of rear leg and was pretty upset. I don't know what happened while I was gone but it wasn't good. Then the tech triumphantly informs me that the dog is part Chinese Crested Powderpuff. BIG mistake, I happen to have a powderpuff and there is nothing about the dog that would lead to you to think so. I did enjoy the look of uhhhh when I informed her I do happen to have a pp and what would you charge to groom him. Her reasoning on the mix breed being a crested was she has soft hair.

Year later and a DNA test, my mix breed is a maltese/mini schnauzer. Pretty much what I said.

I found them rude and not impressed with the condition of the dog when I got her back. She didn't smell like she even got a bath and was much whiter when I washed her later.

They are attentive, kind, and do a great job on our dog. This is the first time I've ever had a dog that needed regular grooming, they walked me through it and my cutting options. Our dog is VERY energetic and apprehensive about grooming so I was very pleasantly surprised at how well it goes when we come in. I'd definitely recommend them to others.
