I've used this pawn shop from time to time and was usually satisfied with their service until Aug 17 2012 , I picked up an item I had pawned and the cord came back broken, the end was broken in half USB port cable, I didn't notice this until I got home, I called and they said I must have done this myself,. They didn't ask to look at it or offer any assistance. I will never use them again, and will never recommend them to any one. In fact I will discourage anyone from this place!!!!
