Great service and they did not rip me off. They found the problem, told me the cost and left the decision of fixing it up to me. They were quick and efficient at getting me back on the road!

Great help for our son on his first long road trip alone from Sioux Falls to Flathead Lake. When his truck overheated a few miles outside of Billings, a friend in Billings took him over to the station. Late afternoon Friday, they got him right in, fairly major repair, and back on the road very quickly. Very appreciative of their kind care of our son.

I took my vehicle here because something was draining the battery. We had the Starter and alt. checked else where and found out those were not the cause of the problem. However they didnt have the capabilities to check things more extensively so we took it to Poly Conoco.... we had heard great things. However we were sadly disappointed. We we received a phone with the diagnosis....luckly it was something simple ( the lights in the visor werent turning off... draining the battery) however the price was not simple! they charged us 175.00 just to figure it out and want another 50-75 dollars to actually fix the issue! Now coming from a small town and having a father/brother as mechanics.... i about fell over i couldnt believe they were charging us so much! this is something my father would have charged 50.00 for and called it good!! So sadly i wouldnt not recommend these folks!!

They know what they're doing.
