Was referred to Pro Nails by a friend who used to go there a lot. I made an appointment for 3:30pm (September 2013) two days in advance for a pedi and full set of white acrylics. I got there 10 min early and had to wait 15-20 minutes, past 3:30p to even have someone start on my nails. I stared with a pedi and they had me soak my feet almost 20 minutes and my feet started pruning. The painting went very well however they did a poor job cleaning up the edges! It should have taken max 45 minutes, it's now been an hour and a half! Total 3 hours, which is crazy for a full set and pedi, it never takes longer than an hour an a half total!Now for my nails, the knowledge of the staff was not good. I wanted pink and white and they didn't know what I was talking about even with me asking when I made my appointment and they said they do them! The gal (American) was very nice however she was taking her sweet time. Not to mention when trimming my nails she almost cut my finger open if it wouldn't have been for me stopping her. It took almost an hour just to glue the tips on and then another half hour to apply the acrylic. Finally I get done and I am so aggravated and annoyed I tell her they look okay. All I could think about when I left was how I was going to go home and clean up the nails, which I had to do because the nail glue sealed shut my skin to the nail, and to add the nails all looked different shapes and sizes!. Needless to say the staff was friendly but the quality was horrible. They are the cheapest prices in town, and you get what you pay for. I'll be spending an extra $15 next time somewhere where I'll be happy with the quality walking away. Go somewhere else and pay a but more, it will be worth it!

My daughter and I both went in to have our nails done for her wedding. She had acrylics and I had a french tips on my own nails. NOT PEOPLE FRIENDLY at all. The job looked great when we left. 2 days later my daughter had nails crack, and I paid for a 21-day coverage, NOT. Did not even last 1 week. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NOT RETURN.

i wouldnt say that they live up to their name. i got the gel nails with white tips. one nail had a lift on the edge from the woman applying it wrong. instead of offering to remove and redo, they just put on a bunch of glue and filler to 'hopeffully' hold it. service was alright. dont know if ill return to them again. if im going to pay $40 for nails (which isnt bad) then i want them done correctly. also i had a cut on my thumb and asked for them to be careful with it. they rubbed nail polish remover and another solution that stung like hell right over it. didnt really care. not a very friendly establishment.
