I was told the outdoor dining set we purchased was the last one, so I was unable to get a relacement chair for one that was missing. It was a housewarming gift so I explained it was very important to have it ready for us on the date of pickup. When we went to pick it up there was no record of it...when they did find it with our receipt, they said we took it with us the day of the sale! When they did find "another set" it was missing 3 chairs and was not even put together like the set we purchased! Finally we decided we had enough of the "run around" and trying to blame us for their mistakes. We asked for our money back and was told to go to the main store and talk to the manager. No one knew who or where she was. Finally we waited outside "her office" and no one even asked us if we needed help. When we did find the manager she tried to tell us that there was two dining sets displayed and we bought the one they were trying to give us. We told her there was only one and it was put together. She was rude, interrupted us when we tried to speak, and never appologized for anything. How can someone so rude be in that position? Sears doesn't care anymore!
