First and Last Visit

It only takes one bad employees attitude and experience to ensure that I will never come back again. His determination that my wife's machine was filthy (used thrice since new) and needed $68-$75 in maintenance. I spent about 10 minutes, $6.99 on a bottle of oil and canned air and made machine like new. I especially didn't appreciate his comments about my job and lack of ability. You maintain sewing machines, not curing cancer.
