In July of 2011, I crushed my foot between a forklift and a cement wall. I broke one bone in my foot and had extensive crush damage to the rest of my foot. I went to my doctor for six months and asked if he would recommend massage therapy for my injury. I was told that I didn’t need any therapy and would have to LIVE WITH whatever pain I still had after six months.

I just happened to have lunch with a friend of mine just after I dismissed my doctor. My friend suggested I go see his reflexolist, Sue Miller. I reluctantly made an appointment.

I went to see Sue, and I felt a lot of activity in my foot when I left her office. I was told that tingling was a good thing and a sign of nerves being re-activated. I was told that by my chiropractor. I made another appointment with Sue a week later.

After 4 or 5 appointments, I went 28 days pain free. I still felt a lot of pressure in my foot, but was without pain for the first time in almost 8 months.

The pain in my foot still comes and goes, but with the help of Sue Miller I am starting to live my life again. I have always been an avid walker and bicyclist. I have recently begun bicycling again, and am looking forward to the ski season this next winter.

Gratefully,
