Provided by YP.comIt took 6 1/2 months to get my Howard Miller mantle clock back after excuse after excuse, after excuse. To make a long story short, I spent $171.00 after all that time and months of waiting. I stopped in one day to check on my clock and his helper said it was ready! I got it home with much joy, only to find out it didn't run at all ( When I took it in, it Was Running)!!!
Don't even think of stepping foot in "Clock Works" because "It Doesn't Work"!!
I don't know how he keeps his door open for business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Provided by YP.comWe have taken our antique cuckoo clock to him a couple of times to be told it isn't that old'. We know better. And it hasn't worked that great since. Next time need work done, or just a good cleaning and adjustment will take it someplace else.

Provided by YP.comI have taken several clocks to this guy, some 2 to 3 times for the same problem. Was told the clock was fixed, paid him only to find the problem still exists. Seems he is the only supposly clock repair shop in a 5 state area. Wish I wasn't so old I would like to learn the business as it would be a lucritive one to persue.

Provided by YP.comThis guy is a real piece of work. I took the chime block from my late grandfather's ridgeway GF clock to "the Clock Works" for new chimes. When I recieved the chime block back, several of them were bent crooked, and one was tightened so much it shattered the top fo the chime. AND THIS IS HOW HE GAVE IT TO ME BACK!!! More damaged after he "worked on it"! Replacing chimes is simple and this loser couldn't even do that.
