I was in tonight to transfer a new phone on to my fiances account. She did not know her password for her account and Cody was very rude and demeaning to us. He talked down on us and I felt like he thought we were dumb. Cody is a very rude associate and if I were you I wouldn't deal with him, unless you like feeling stupid. Very dissatisfied customer here.

I went in the verizon store a week ago to get the new MiFi. Should have just ordered it online. The gal was very nice to me but was very rude to my girlfriend. The gal kept cutting my gf off and seemed to be more interested in me than she was in helping solve my techical deficiencies. It was supposed to be a routine trip and wound up being longer than it should have AND my gf was not impressed.....nor was I. Thanks but no thanks. I'll drive to sheridan for my verizon needs from now on

i needed a new phone and called the 800 number and got a nice gal who gave me the information i needed. i went to the verizon store on king avenue and the lady who helped me was rude and said something completely different than what the lady i had talked to previously told me. i will order my phone online any day of the week rather than going into the store on king ave!!!!
