I ordered Cable one internet and cable service not because of their high quality service but because they are the only company available in my area with a bundle package. It took them 5 days to contact me with a date to come connect the service after their website and email promised notification within 48 hours. On top of that something as simple as when I prefered to be contacted didn't matter to them they called at 8am when I put I prefer pm notifications. And they only had bad news to tell me. They would not be out to connect my service until the absolute last day I selected which was a week after I ordered the service. Then they told me it was an all day appointment from 8am to 5pm wasting an entire day waiting on them only to have 455pm roll around and without hearing from them. When I tried calling customer support I was disconnect several times before I finally reached someone. They advised me I was still i the list for today and it could be as late at 7pm! If I was one of the last customers on 'the list' for the day why would I need to be available all damn day!? As I write this review I am still awaiting my service connection. Not pleased with the company or the service from past experience. I do NOT recommend this service. I would have rather paid more for a better company, and cable one is already pricing for the service.
