These people are tottally rude an incompetent. They assume way too much not Identyfying them selves on the telephone when they call then they get mad because u get mad for bieng insulted by their incompentence. If thats the level of their compentence I suggest that you dont recieve care from them. I wont...Ill go to the corner chinese man and probably get better care. There selling the company. I guess they are going broke. With receptionist like they have .

even Blackballed me from all other clinics. no wonder their going broke and selling the company.

Their receptionist further denies that I spoke to her yesterday and found out all I need to know for now.

That its 75 dollars for the 1st visit and 50 for each successive visits. to quit smoking she said it takes about 5 visits.

But anyone that phillabusters on the the telephone and refuses to listen to what you have to say has no business being a receptionist at a medical clinic.
