I have been using a cane for 4 years. It was purchased by me for my wife when she had surgery. The cane broke and I have been over 3 weeks waiting for a cane and have fallen numerous times. After several calls to the nurse I have now learned that I must wait for an appointment to get the cane on 19th of October. That is another 3 weeks. HOW MANY MORE TIMES DO I HAVE TO FALL, before getting it. This is insane.
