I initially called the shop to find out if I needed an appointment to drop off my 65" TV. A gentleman asked me what was going on and daignosed the problem right over the phone. He ordered the part that I needed and told me how to fix it so I wouldn't have to bring it in! WOW! What great customer service. About 5 months later a similar problem occurred and I called back to see if it is worth fixing. They told me to bring it in and they would look at it free of charge! Super! It was worth fixing for almost nothing. These guys are extremely hospitable and knowledgeable. You will not be disappointed.

Great people, great service. Fixed my tv after a big name company couldnt. Used them a few times and the end result is the same, great all the way around.

The service was great nice people, quick with fixing, and the best part of all she likes to get it done for the lowest price possible.I had taken my T.V. to them and she said that it could cost up to $300 and so I had the money when I went up there and she said it came out to be only $130. I then had my fixed 52" and extra money it was great you should try it.
