This company managed our condominium association fees for a time, and on two occasions they charged late fees despite my check being postmarked before the due date. The first time they waived it, and the second time curiously happened just before they were scheduled to transfer management to another company. When I called to ask why, a rep said that they don't keep the envelopes, which display the postmarked date, and base late fees on the day they actually get it. Not pleased with their service.
