I brought my trailer in for an inspection and repair. I had scheduled a 9:00 appointment but was told the pushed me to 11:00 when I arrived. The break system was not working on the trailer. I was told that a loose wire was repaired and that everything worked. When I picked it up the break system was still not functioning. The owner said that the problem must have been my truck, not the trailer. I was still charged, however, $54 to crimp together the wire I had soldered the day before. When I explaied that they did not fix the problem I was told that the owner had to leave for a doctors appointment and that he had to get paid for his time.
