So i go there not the day of my stuff being done but a couple days later. The old, senile woman behind the desk tells me they lost, yes LOST, me and my daughters coats. I was upset asked how they couldve lost my stuff she said shed call around and find out where they had gone and to come back in a few days. So i came back in a few days and they had miraculously located my coats after i previously told the lady if they didnt find my coats theyd be paying to replace them. So i get our coats home and wouldnt you know it the belt to my peacoat was missing. I called told them i had just been there picked up my coats she said she remembered, told her my belt was not with the coat, she said she had no idea where it went........uggghhh....sucky service, they lose your clothes, the wait time to get your clothes back is ridiculous, incompetent staff, dont know how to do their jobs, idiots hired off the streets
