Binghamton Club is a members-only club providing fine dining, professional business catering and social activities. Since 1880, Binghamton Club has recruited its members from the business and professional community. The club, located in Binghamton, N.Y., offers its members flexible dining, from informal to black tie. The Binghamton Club started with 58 professional businessmen meeting in rented rooms at the City National Bank. In 1880, this original group signed a charter establishing the Binghamton Club. In 1923, a committee, appointed by the board of governors, recommended that the club purchase the Old Abbott Property located at 83 Front Street and that a new clubhouse be erected for member use. The club has been at this location since 1924.
