Binghamton High School is a part of the Binghamton City School District, and offers a variety of academic an extracurricular programs and activities. It offers more than 10 advanced placement courses that include various subjects, such as English, environmental systems, American and European history, chemistry, biology, physics and calculus. The school additionally offers the International Baccalaureate diploma program. Its Project Lead The Way is a pre-engineering program offered by partnerships between schools, colleges and universities and the private sector that introduces students to the scope, rigor and discipline of engineering with various courses, such as computer integrated manufacturing and engineering design and development. The school s Rod Serling School of Fine Arts program offers students the opportunity to major in the visual arts, music, theater and dance. The high school is located in Binghamton, N.Y.
