He was assigned tp my husband as coirt appointed attorney due to conflict with public defenders office. He has done NOTHING on my husband's case but admittedly have 2 3 minute conversations with the DAs office. He mailed us an offer from DA for 4 years WITHOUT even trying to negotiate. Today after my husband was transferred back locally i called him to let him know he was back in local jail and he waa rude, pompous and a plain ass. He hung up on me claiming i was arguing and at no point did i raise my tone or be rude. If you pay for him he might do better but when he is court appointed he is worthless!

Kevin Guyette was the lead attorney in a complicated intellectual property law suit and I was impressed with his mastery of the facts and his knowledge of the law and trial procedures. He is an extremely smart man and I would trust him to handle any litigation matter.
