I took my car down for an inspection in May 2014. As part of an issue notification they had all 4 tires off on the lift for the visual aid. It is now September 2014 and I went to go take off my front drivers side tire and it appears their technician had over tightened 3 of my lug nuts and stripped them. Had to break them to get the tire off. I called this shop and the manager claims that it was not their fault even though they were the last ones that touched that tire. The manager claimed that studs stretch over time and this happens sometimes even though it's 3 of the lugs/studs on one wheel.

I have had two very bad experiences with this Midas shop. The first time they charged me 20% more than their quoted price and failed to do some of the work. The second time they recommended services that were not needed - replace a headlights, replace my power steering fluid. I declined and drove the the nearest Advance Auto Parts store, where I confirmed that all my headlights were working perfectly and my power steering fluid was fine.

My experience with this shop has not been satisfactory. They quoted me a price to replace my entire exhaust system. When I went back to pick up the car the bill was 20% higher than the quoted price. I was told they had to replace a sensor. I asked why I hadn't received a call to let me know about the additional charge, since they had both my home and work numbers. They said they didn't want to disturb me. I later discovered they had also reused the old muffler. I do not plan to return to this shop ever and may never take my car to another Midas shop.

These guys. Are the best the area has to offer.the amount of professionalism is mind blowing the manager really knows what he is doing as well as the mechanics
