OMG, well I had Mirabito come and service my heater, they assessed what they thought was the problem and “fixed it”...10 days later it stopped working, I called for service, they came and found a broken wire, and it worked for 6 hours.

On a very cold WEEKEND, in November, I called to say what the techs did on yesterday, late Friday night, it was non-operational, Heidi clearly told me that because I DON’T BUY PROPANE, from them I am not able to be assisted today, and told me to call my propane company, this is NOT a PROPANE PROBLEM!!!!!!!

Why would I buy product from them they are charging $0.70 more then my current company.....and because I am being left to the wolves on this issue!!

Make sure you buy products from Mirabito if you want ANY KIND OF SERVICE OR HELP FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!

Clearly they DIDN’T stand by there word....I am sooooo pissed right about now, ooooh and then the part they charged me for is $139.95 online, they charged me $350.00 for!!!!
